Look man I am sure that this letter will never be read. I have to tell you guys something..I am one of the best fans that are out there! But it is only because of my older brother, Steve! look guys my older brother Steve is special. He is special because for one thing he lived and died "KISS!" he is 47. and i am 40. when he was 15 and i was 8 he fell in love with this rock band named Kiss. i used to listen to the bullshit called Disco! he changed me! and i fell in love with you guys..promise!! then my brother fell in love with someyhing else..called beer! it took over his life and it finally changed everything! he left home, lived on the streets, held a sign that read "no lies need another beer! you have seen them. well i took him in and tried my best, but I failed... one day in the summer of 2001 he was crossing the street and was struck by a car. He was hurt bad!! The ambulance came and tried to save him...He was pronounced dead! he stopped breathing for over 13 minutes! his claverical bone had punctured his lung and he choked on his body fluids...hhe was on life support, the hospital kept him alive, by life support! he was in a coma for over a month.. long story short, when he woke he did not remember shit! I am 1 of 5 family members. Your music brought him back and from the songs i played and sung with him he remembered me and is now doing much better. there is much more to tell you. Thank you Gene,Paul,Ace and Peter. we love you guys and always will! You saved my brother...

Sonic Boom is a fantastic album!! Is there plans to play more Sonic Boom songs live or should I say ALIVE!? I think that Stand, All for the Glory, and Nobody's Perfect would be great Alive! along with Modern Day Delilah and Say Yeah! that you are performing now.

OLOGY 4

From: Mark Morrissey on 03/03/2010
Hello KISSERS;-)
I have been a KISS fan since 1975 and have seen you multiple times.
I know just about everything there is to know about KISS.
I am sorry to bother you with this question that I am SURE you have been asked before... BUT...
Do you have any plans on putting out a KISSOLOGY 4?
If so, will there be any more Classic KISS to be included?
I can safely say that I speak for millions of KISS fans when I say that WE WANT MORE CLASSIC KISS FOOTAGE!!!!!!
All KISS fans have heard the tales about a full length Creatures Of The Night show from New Orleans and the Lick It Up and Asylum footage that supposedly exists but does it really exist?
Many rumors regarding the LA Forum 1978 or the Japan 1978 or the Kiss meets the Phantom concert footage loom large but have never been confirmed to truly exist.
I am sure that this letter won't reach KISS personally but considering that I have been a TRUE balls out rip roaring head banging laugh in the face of death KISS fan for almost 40 years I would appreciate a response that is not the typical....Thanks for you interest in KISS type of thing.
Sincerely,
Mark Morrissey

Hey Guys!
Just got back from London after a 6 hour coach trip to Liverpool and have to say just how amazing and worth the trip down to London was for the Islington Academy gig! We are both 18 and I was lucky enough to get tickets - out of all the bands I have seen live, nothing has and nothing ever will come close to how awesome KISS were last night!
It was a dream come true to see then in such an intimate venue & it's only got us more excited for the arena shows in 2 months! Here is a picture of us infront of Big Ben with our banner - I'm sure you remember us from the queue!
See you in May at Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Wembley!

Spotted this at the Wal-Mart in Indianola, IA and did a double take. First because it was KISS and second because it's in with the girls clothing.
Just goes to show you that KISS fandom knows no boundaries, all ages and all genders love KISS!

Absolutely incredible gig.
I've been down the front for KISS gigs before, but I've never been quite as close as I was last night. It was like seeing Godzilla close up - it somehow makes it more real than it ever has been before, yet it's simultaneously humbling as you can appreciate the sheer enormity of the beast you are beholding. Here were KISS - playing for the pleasure of a few hundred fans in one of the smallest venues I've ever been in.
Yes, they could have played some new songs (Yes I Know & Stand would work for me), and yes, it would have been great if they'd dropped in some rarely played songs - but Paul assured us that when they'd be back in a couple of months, they would be playing those kind of songs. But you know what, when I was down the front rocking out to some of the finest rock & roll I've ever known, I didn't give a single thought to that. Every song that they played was a gem due to the setting.
Obviously they'd be hampered anyway with the small venue, but the show featured no theatrics and no explosions other than the confetti cannons during Rock & Roll All Nite - but the gig was almost like an f-you to those critics who say that KISS are all sizzle and no steak. They didn't need flying, blood, fire, flashpods, smoking guitars... they just played their songs for their adoring fans, and absolutely comprehensively kicked my ass.
My abiding memory will be the Rock & Roll All Nite confetti storm. I was only a few feet from the cannon, which didn't stop for the entire song. KISS were lost in a sea of white. It was all over me. Hanging off my eyebrows and lips. This song is always special, but in this case, during the second half, I just threw my arms up in the air and drank in as much of the atmosphere that I could. This was truly something I'll remember until the day I die... and for that, I truly thank KISS.
I was close enough to see Gene mouth "one more" to Paul for the encores. He seemed to be as shattered as I was at that time. Not only was it was *very* hot in the venue, but after reading that the band had breathing problems with all the CO2 in the air after the confetti cannons, it more than makes sense. I was fine with that, honestly. Rock & Roll All Nite killed me, and Detroit Rock City was just a euphoric final salvo. Any more and it would have been a battle between me and Gene to see who dropped first.
Paul promised to "pummel" us. Good God was I ever pummelled.
I'm so pleased that I was lucky enough to get a ticket. This was the best live music experience I've ever had, or will ever have.
Thank you Gene, Paul, Tommy & Eric.
Forever a fan,
Stew
