If you've been wondering what it's really like to take a vacation with KISS, Daniel's trip report will leave you ready to snap up one of the last remaining cabins on KISS Kruise 2012! Here are a few excerpts:

"Cheers started to roar from the right of me as Gene, Paul, Eric and Tommy made their way to the stage, all wearing shades to block out the beautiful Miami sun. The four casually dressed members of KISS acknowledged the crowd for a moment or two before taking up positions to commence their acoustic set. With chants from the crowd getting louder, the band started the show with a set list to make any fan; old or new, speechless..."

"As the band exited the stage, I was handed a drumstick by Eric then shook hands with Gene, Paul and Tommy. The ‘KISS Around The World’ event was next. A large map was situated on the wall with ‘Icons’ stickers available to place onto the country where you live. I think it was a total of 33 countries being represented on the ship. After a quick change of clothes, Stu and I headed for the miniature golf course at the very top of the ship to watch the ‘Putt Putt With Tommy Thayer’. Fans were able to compete in a knockout round before the five finalists played a full game of miniature golf against Tommy..."

"About an hour later, Paul (an old school friend of Stu) came back to the table after just bumping into Paul Stanley. He was gutted to not have had his camera and we were too because we had missed it. However, within 2 minutes, I saw Michael Frances and Paul Stanley walking across the top deck. Me, Stu and Paul headed up there in hope of having our photo taken with our Idol, plus a couple of signatures. Luckily, our friend Karl was just on his way back to the table and spotted us on the upper level speaking with Paul and came up too. Stanley gratefully signed the items he was given and posed for pictures with us and chatted with the small group of fans that were up there..."

I was watching Conan on TBS, and when they come back from commercial breaks, they often show clips or artwork relating to Conan. There was this image of Conan in KISS Makeup in one of those art pieces in the episode from February 15th, 2012. I love KISS and Conan, and I was excited to see it.

Last night, my 9 year old son Ashton, was in his elementary school talent show. He did a drum solo. Being that he is a HUGE KISS fan, we pulled out all the stops. He entered the stage on a moving drum riser; smoke billowing out from the sides, blinking lights, and of course, in true KISS fashion, his name lit up in the “KISS” font behind him.

Being that this is “elementary school” – it blew people away. He was the hit of the night as you can hear from the applause.

Just thought you may enjoy seeing the influence KISS has on so many, including our 9 year old son!

This is a photo of a float from a Mardi Gras Parade here in New Orleans last weekend. I remember when KISS rode into the Superdome on a Mardi Gras float in '83 on the Creatures of the Night Tour!! First concert I'd ever been to! Awesome!

Kiss‘s battle against zombies in Riverdale are about to come to an end, with the fourth and final issue of ‘Archie Meets Kiss’ headed to comic book stores next Wednesday (Feb. 22). Don’t wanna wait that long? We’ve got an exclusive sneak peek for you!

We’ve already brought you five-page previews from issues two and three, where many of the town’s teens, including our hero Archie, were turned into mindless zombies. Kiss were able to free their new friend, but last we looked, the battle was far from over.

Judging by this exclusive double-panel spread from the upcoming comic book, it seems we’ve come to the inevitable scene where the music of Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and company saves the day! “This is awesome! They’re going to destroy those monsters with music!,” exclaims our favorite red (well, orange) head.

It seems things are well in hand, except.. if that’s the case, what’s Betty want to make sure everybody sees? Tune in next week!
